We sell only brand new
watches, and therefore we do not encourage returns.
We ask that you choose carefully before you buy. We go to a great deal
of extra trouble to show the watches exactly as they are, with our large
scanned images. We do, of course, accept returns, in certain
circumstances, but the watch must be unworn and in perfect condition,
and still in it's original packaging, with all papers, and all
protective plastic still in place, otherwise we will not refund or
exchange.
Therefore, if you do order from us, you know that you will not be
receiving a watch which has been sent out to somebody else, and tried
on, and returned. It will be perfect and in brand new and factory fresh
condition.
We are understanding if you should wish to return your purchase for
exchange, or refund in extreme cases, but the charges for shipping,
(which may have been free at
the time of your purchase) will be deducted from the purchase total, if
requiring a refund, plus a 15 percent re-stocking fee to cover our costs
of packaging and
staff time involved in processing and shipping your order. Orders for
refund must be returned within 7 days from the date the order was
received.
